PT Indorama Petrochemicals is a leading chemical manufacturing company located in Cilegon, BantenThis company focuses on producing Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA), which is the main raw material for making polyester products (such as fibers, filaments, and plastic bottles).

PT Indorama Petrochemicals is currently looking for an experienced Yokogawa DCS to fill Senior Instrument Supervisor position to support our power plant instrumentation and control systems.

📍 Location: Cilegon

Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
. Minimum 10 years experience in Power Plant Instrumentation
· Experience in supervisory role
. Strong knowledge in Power Plant instrumentation systems
. Familiar with Yokogawa DCS
. Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills

Key Responsibility:

. Analyze and reduce equipment performance complaints and prepare FIR/FAR reports based on root cause analysis
. Collect and manage technical documentation including P&ID schematics, manuals, and datasheets for maintenance and projects
. Implement and maintain quality, safety, and environmental standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001)
. Monitor and control spare parts stock for instrumentation equipment through SAP
. Prepare daily reports and coordinate troubleshooting with the maintenance team
· Handle field instruments, control valves, and automation systems (PLC/DCS)
