This plant utilizes lon Exchange Membrane Technology. The benefits of this particular technology are among others, superior product quality, low energy consumption and pollution free. In the Chlor-Alkali plant, the industrial raw salt is dissolved in the water and refined further. Afterward, the concentrated salt solution is electrolyzed to produce Caustic-Soda, Chlorine gas and Hydrogen. We extract innovations to find the prime formula for our products. We dissolve, refine and purify ideas to ensure that our people, process, product are on the way to meet customer's needs. Driven by large capacity, we have been supplying most of Asian countries, Middle East, and Australia with our three major products: Caustic Soda, VCM, and PVC, PT Asahimas Chemical (ASC) is confident to meet the growing demands from around the globe. Requirement :
1. Educational Background - Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electronics or Electrical Engineering (Low voltage is preferable).
2. Technical Experience - Have 1- 3 years' experience in related fields.
3. Communication Skills - Proficient in both written and spoken English.
4. Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and evaluate Instrument Technicians and business partners, promoting safety, quality, and on time performance.
5. Collaboration - Coordinate with planning & monitoring teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Job Description :
1. Equipment Evaluation - Identify and classify equipment as critical (Time Based Maintenance, Condition Based Maintenance) or non-critical to set maintenance priorities.
2. Maintenance Planning - Plan and execute time based, condition based, breakdown, modification, and corrective maintenance activities.
3. Documentation & Data Management - Maintain and update maintenance direct sheets, including design data, historical records, process parameters, deterioration patterns, manuals, and schedules.
4. Maintenance Scheduling - Review, update, and monitor long term, annual, monthly, and daily maintenance plans, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution based on plant conditions.
5. Execution & Monitoring - Supervise regular and irregular maintenance activities, optimizing SAP PM utilization.
6. Inspection & Testing - Prepare and implement inspection and test plans, including acceptance criteria in line with maintenance manuals and instrument standards.
7. Technical Analysis - Lead technical evaluations for highlight maintenance issues, NCR/CPAR findings, and process deviations, ensuring compliance with specifications and best practices.
8. Manual Development - Create and update maintenance manuals based on instrument standards and site best practices.
9. Safety & Improvement - Support safety programs, conduct KYT (Kiken Yochi Training) on-site, encourage kaizen participation, and lead cost-saving initiatives
