PT Lami Packaging Indonesia (Lamipak Indonesia) adalah perusahaan manufaktur kemasan karton aseptik berbasis kertas pertama di Indonesia untuk industri makanan dan minuman. Berlokasi di kawasan Cikande, Serang, Banten, perusahaan ini merupakan anak usaha dari produsen kemasan multinasional LamiPak yang berpusat di Tiongkok.
🚀 What You'll Do
▪️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and operational performance
▪️ Optimize warehouse capacity utilization, including ASRS storage management and material flow improvements
▪️ Analyze and improve warehouse productivity related to manpower, equipment, and operational processes
▪️ Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs such as productivity, inventory accuracy, utilization, and turnaround time
▪️ Prepare operational reports and provide insights to support business decisions
▪️ Support warehouse automation and digitalization projects
▪️ Develop standardized processes to reduce waste and improve service levels
🎯 What We're Looking For
✔ Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
✔ Minimum 4 years of experience in Warehouse and Logistics operations
✔ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP
✔ Have a good knowledge of warehouse optimization, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives
✔ Experience with ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) and relevant certifications in Logistics, Warehousing, or Inventory Management will be an advantage
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✔ Good English communication skills is a must
✔ Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
