We're Hiring: Internal Auditor
đ Placement: Cikande, Serang, Banten, Indonesia
Lami Packaging Indonesia is currently seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join our team as an Internal Auditor.
This position will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, improving business processes, assessing operational risks, and supporting governance compliance across the organization.
đ Key Responsibilities:
âĸ Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans for assigned audit projects
âĸ Perform end-to-end audit activities, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up monitoring
âĸ Evaluate internal controls, business processes, and operational effectiveness
âĸ Identify control weaknesses, operational inefficiencies, and fraud risk indicators
âĸ Prepare audit reports and support management in developing corrective action plans
âĸ Participate in special investigations and forensic audit assignments when required
âĸ Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and governance requirements
âĸ Provide recommendations to improve internal controls, risk management, and business processes
đ Qualifications:
âĸ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines
âĸ Minimum 6 years of experience in Internal Audit and/or External Audit
âĸ Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
âĸ Public accounting firm experience is an advantage
âĸ Experience in fraud investigation, forensic audit, or fraud identification is highly preferred
âĸ Strong business process analysis, risk assessment, and internal control knowledge
âĸ Excellent analytical thinking, professional skepticism, and problem-solving skills
âĸ Fluent in English, both written and spoken
âĸ Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, CPA, CFE, or equivalent are preferred
