Key Responsibilities (Duties)
Data Collection & Cleaning: Gathering data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining databases. Cleaning data to remove "noise" or corrupted records to ensure high data integrity.
Statistical Analysis: Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
Reporting & Visualization: Creating dashboards and visualizations (using tools like Tableau or Power BI) to communicate findings to stakeholders and management.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in data collection or business processes based on data findings.
Collaboration: Working with the Tech team to improve data warehouse structures and with the Commercial/Management team to define new process improvement opportunities.
Job Specifications (Requirements)
A. Knowledge & Skills
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SQL (required for data extraction).
Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros).
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large datasets and apply logical thinking to solve complex business problems.
Communication: Ability to translate technical findings into plain English for non-technical stakeholders.
